I hope this is the right place to post. I'm trying to fine-tune my build and I don't have most of my books on hand.

1) What exactly does Practical Metamagic require? I'm hoping it's the Dragonblood subtype, because I'd much rather take one of the more subtly dragonish races from Dragon Magic than be Dragonborn.

2) Does Practical Metamagic stack with Earth Spell?

Thanks,

Dragonblood Subtype and various other stuff.

I think it might stack with Earth Spell, but AFAIK you probably have to actually increase it by at least 1 level.

Thanks! That was way quicker than I expected. :) And I'm happy to hear that it's dragonblooded and not specifically Dragonborn. If you don't mind, could you fill me in on the rest of the requirements?

Where is Dragonblooded from?

The Dragonblood Subtype is from Races of the Dragon.

Anyway... It requires 8 ranks of Spellcraft, the metamagic feat you want to affect, and the ability to spontaneously cast 3rd level spells.

I'm not sure if Earth Spell is a metamagic feat or not. Something that might be worth checking out.

If no one has posted before I get home and can check I will post if it is or not, hiopefully someone with RoS handy can answer that though.

Earth Spell is a general feat.
