20 Monk Help [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-19-05, 04:03 PM Well, my Psion just got effectively killed off for good in our high-level campagin so I'm rerolling. I decided on a monk as I haven't played one in a long time and I like the wide range of abilities they have for tactical fighting, the problem is I can't find an effective way to put it all together. The character has to have an ECL of 20, so most templates and races are fine, most books are good but please put say what books you found things from. Also, if you have any recomendations for items that would be great (starting with 500,000gp).

Edit: A couple of feats I found that look really fun:
Grappling Block (OA)
Unbalancing Strike (OA)
Pharaoh's Fist (Sandstorm)

09-19-05, 04:47 PM How about something like Monk6/Half-orc Paragon3/ShouDisciple5/Fist of Zuoken6? There is a similiar Half-orc Paragon Monk build in my sig that you can use to pick feats and psi powers, and see what you get from this combo of classes.
