| White Tiger06-07-05, 02:09 AM | I've got a monk I've started already so options are somewhat limited, but I've come here asking for ideas on how to build on what I've started. He's a human monk 5 at the moment. My current plan is for Monk 11/Fist of Zuoken 7 with Vow of Poverty thrown in by 9th level for fun and flavor. 1. What other two levels can I throw in to round out the character and/or make him more fun? (Btw, Oriental Adventures is disallowed.) Some of the ideas I have so far are: a) Monk up to 13 for spell resistance b) Fist of Zuoken up to 9 for more power points c) Animal Shen from Dragon 319 to level 2 for ki strike silver d) Reaping Mauler for grappling and progression toward Spring Attack 2. How good is grappling for a monk? 3. What should my VoP stat bonus progression be? e.g. Wis/Str/Char..Char/Wis/Str etc. Thanks for you thoughts |
