my friends and I are going to be playing a 3E campaign and I need to create a very MAXIMIZED character. I need help with you people who have more experience with 3E. at this point I don't know if we are rolling stats or doing some sort of point buy, so I can't give you that information yet.

Id like some ideas for MAXIMIZED characters (open to any class or combination at this point), with the following guidelines.

- pretty much limited to the core books + splats
- planned progression from 1st to 15th level
- you can't assume any magic items, MAXIMIZATION must be achieved through skills, feats, and spell selection as I cant predict what magic items will be available.
- limited to the core races, no templates, half-dragons, and what ever else is out there.

I will consider anything at this point, and will provide more info when i get it. please helo me cause i'd really like this to be done well.

thanks again

3.0, not 3.5 ?

Knowing what ability scores you have helps.

The biggest problem though is what you want to do, what do you want to "MAXIMIZE". Its ussualy a lot easier to get help if you already have a basic build or at least and idea of what you want to do.

If you aren't sure what you want, take a look at the FAQs or just poke around the boards, especially for threads that say "Comprehensive <whatever> Thread" or "<somthing> Handbook" that have a few pages after them.

Look at the threads in my signature. You will find your build there.
