For a swashbuckling build, PrCing into Thief-Acrobat, is the 5th level worth it?

Improved Evasion and 1 more defensive roll per day is ok, but it doesn't give you more BAB and it's only a +1d6 HD. What I really like from Thief-Acrobat is the Acrobatic Charge and the Skill Mastery. It's perfect for a swashbuckler.

Other options include taking levels of fighter and rogue from then on. For example:

Human
Rogue5/Swashbuckler3/Thief-Acrobat4/Streetfighter4/Fighter4

(I know this build it's not uber-powerful, but I like swashbuckling style, and going Champion of Corellon is too typical)

Progression

*=Bonus Feat
[ ]=special feature that synergyzes with swashbucklers

1. Rogue1: Improved Initiative* (human), Dodge, [Sneak Attack +1d6]
2. Swashbuckler1: Weapon Finesse*
3. Swashbuckler2: Quick Draw
4. Swashbuckler3: [Insightful Strike]
5. Rogue2: [Evasion]
6. Thief-Acrobat1: Mobility
7. Thief-Acrobat2:
8. Thief-Acrobat3: [Acrobatic Charge]
9. Thief-Acrobat4: Elusive Target, [Skill Mastery]
10. Fighter1: Combat Expertise*
11. Fighter2: Weapon Focus* (rapier)
12. Rogue3: Iron Will, [Sneak Attack +2d6]
13. Rogue4: [Uncanny Dodge]
14. Fighter3:
15. Fighter4: Improved Feint, Weapon Specialization* (rapier)
16. Streetfighter1:
17. Streetfighter2: [Stand Tough 1/day]
18. Streetfighter3: Flick of the Wrist, [Sneak Attack +3d6]
19. Streetfighter4: [Stand Tough 2/day]
20. Rogue5: [Sneak Attack +4d6]

Final BAB: +17/+12/+7/+2
Skills always maxed: Bluff, Jump, Climb, Balance, Tumble, Escape Artist.
Some ranks in: Listen/Spot, Gather Information, Hide/Move Silently, Sleight of Hand, Knowledge (local).
ATTACK: This build is a swashbuckler with incredible high mobility and many combat tactics. He shines at turning mad the enemies jumping around, charging in weird situations, tumbling and fighting like a tornado; but he's also good at flanking, surprising and dueling.
DEFENSE: base saves +13/+12/+7 (with Iron Will). Thanks to his high Fort and Ref saving throws, mixed up with the Defensive Roll and Stand Tough special features, this build is capable of ignore good chunks of damage per day, having a good amount of "virtual" hit points. If you combine his high dex with some key equipment (+5 mithral armor, +5 buckler, gloves of dex, amulet of natural armor), his AC can get really high. Try to overcome that low Will save with some other magic item.
Elusive Target makes this swashbuckler a nasty combatant.
Due to Listen/Spot and Uncanny Dodge, it's difficult to catch him unaware.
OTHER: When not fighting, this build overlaps other characters while in city, thanks to his Knowledge (local), Sleight of Hand and Gather Information skills. His maxed Bluff skill also makes him good at some social situations.

Well, it gives you Improved Evasion. I think it's worth it; what are your other options?

For example, this build:

[EDIT]I moved the build that was here to the first post.

If you're not going to get Improved Evasion from another class, it is often worth it. Compare it to whatever level you'd be putting in its place.
