5th lever Dwaf that likes to trip. [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-29-05, 07:59 PM I have a 5th level fighter dawf that likes to trip people with his spicked chain. He has a str of a 18 at the moment. He has the folling feets spikchain, Combat Expertise, improve trip, wepon focues and specalition spikechain. Any recomidation for him as he goes up. I (DM) let almost any feat and class into the game that I have or any party mebers have the book to and that is alot. Thanks for any help and thanks for him as well.

01-29-05, 08:35 PM I recommend you stop using characters when you're DMing.

01-29-05, 10:09 PM I do use one but this is not him. (it is a soc as I only have 3 players at the moemnt.) This is for my bro. The party is A worfoge souleknife, a cleric, sorc( me going inc.) and him. His rouge died and he made this one right before the last game and liked it better. I do not like to have partys of less then 4. I will ethaer have some one play 2 or I will put in a battle crazed sor that is not to smart and just likes to blow stuff up so they do not ask him for to much thinking.

What's your Dex? Combat reflexes can be amazing with a reach weapon.

01-30-05, 12:50 AM I think his dex is a 14 but I am not sure as my players take their sheets home with them.

Check the 3.5 build faq for snow savant's gatling-chain tripper build.

A level of Exotic Weapon master would help significantly for the Exotic Trip feature. Going into War Mind of Psychic Warrior would also help for using Expansion and other neat tricks.
