Quick idea:
fighter 1 (or any other class that grants +1 BAB and proficiency with all martial weapons)/wizards 5/eldritch knight 4/divine crusader 1/mystic theurge 9

Gives you BAB +11 (ouch), F/R/W +12/+5/+13 and caster lvl 17 for arcane and 10 for divine.

Problem - you get only one domain and you can only cast spells from that domain.

So people, lets see if you can make it a little more viable.

I think you must check MT requirements:

From SRD:
Able to cast 2nd-level divine spells and 2nd-level arcane spells.

needs 2 levels of divine crusader to qualify for MT as sornet said.

So you can forget that Fighter level, get Militia feat (proficiency in all martial weapons) from PGtF and get that 2nd DC level.

Damn it! Knew i missed something.
Okay so you have to add one level of divine crusader or better yet contemplative which nets you an extra domain, but you lose 9th arcane spells.
Anyhow, i haven't got all my books with me so i don't know if there's a work around using other classes.
Suggestions people?

You can't get better then the ur priest true necromancer combo IIRC Lord shade developed...hmmm forgot how it goes and the search is not working...I don't have the books with me right now so this might need some corections but it was something like

wizard5/pale master1*/ur priest2/mt8/contemplative1**/true necro1/something2***

* I am not sure it's pale master but there are just IIRC 2 PrC's that advance your caster level and give you 2 to fortitude so check it out in tome and blood...I am also not sure it you need another level of some PrC before you can qualify for ur priest...

**IIRC contemplative is the class that gives you a bonus domain at 1 level based on the aligmnent

***maybe archmage if you can meet the prereq
