For an upcoming game i will be playing a 11th level fighther.
He needs to be good at fighting humaniods. So i though i would use the spike chain.
Now my stats are
str: 16 con: 15 dex : 17 int: 11: wis : 10 cha: 13
NOw the opponents i will be fighting are going to be several maybe 2-4 skilled humaniods at a time. Mostly medium sized creatues. MOst likely npc human fighters and such. So considering that using only the CORE RULES and stuff found in any warcraft xpansion materials (except shadows and light). How could i make this guy the best spiked chain fighter? I also have 2 stat points to put down from leveling were should they go?

Feats ideas? type of buffs to desiree? Om my chain can be worth up to 15-20 k enchs what should i get on it for fighting npc human fighthers and barbs etc.?? ideas? feats? buffs? whatever you got plz k thx

Some things to consider, using core-only:

Buffs: Enlarge or Polymorph to a large equipment-using form is highly desireable, as it doubles your reach.

Feats: Great Cleave and WWA both work better the greater the total area you can threaten. If you frequently face multiple enemies who you can drop in one hit, Great Cleave is much better (but it's still useful even against tougher enemies, as 'tough' only goes so far when facing a party of adventurers). WWA builds on the Spring Attack tree, which can also be very helpful to a reach-based character trying to goad enemies into provoking AoOs.

For the Chain: If you're always fighting the same type of humanoids, you could go with Bane, the extra damage would make Cleaving easier. I doubt that'll be the case though. Adamantine is prettymuch a must-have for weapons once it's affordable, it'll keep your chain from being sundered as easily. Keen, burst and similar enchantments are of relatively little value with the poor-crit 'chain. Speed might be worth considering (if you don't go the WWA path).

Using a chain you will want exotic weapon prof. spiked chain, Combat expertise, improved trip, combate reflexes, power attack, cleave, and I am sure their are others but those are the only core feats I can think of off the top of my head.. You really want improved trip and combat reflexes though..
