Dauntless 02-16-05, 09:35 PM	Ok here's the deal: I'm playing a wizard 7/loremaster 2. I've just come into a wad of cash, around 8000 gold. While I have item creation feats, I don't have the time to spend making items right now, and I want to convert the majority of my cash into useful items. I already have: cloak of resistance +2 Circlet of Intellect +2 4x Pearl of Power I 1x Pearl of Power II Heward's Handy Haversack Handful of minor healing potions 2x scrolls of dimension door I have access to a big honkin' metropolis, and anything 5k or less from the DMG is available (as well as some items from the Complete ______ series). How would I be best spending my money? I want to drop at least 5 or 6 thousand gold, as my wizard currently is of the opinion that it is more useful to have magic items that could potentially save your life, rather than a wad of cash and gems. I'm primarily looking for suggestions on wands, scrolls, potions, and the like. What are the most important spells to have handy on scrolls or wands?
