04-03-05, 09:55 PM Ok, this just occured to me. Using the PrC Cerebremancer (Sorcerer/Psion based), couldn't you effectively make a Psionic Lich?

If I'm right, what kind of nefarious deeds could you pull with the combo of a Lich's powers and the Cerebemancer's powers?

Non. There is no synergy whatsoever.

Manifest Psychofeedback to boost your strength and dexterity by an amount equal to your manifester level (plus 3, from overchannel) at absolutely no cost. Who _doesn't_ want a 20 point un-named bonus to two stats?

Right, good call.
Unless, of course, you're going by a strict reading: "...and increase it by the same amount that you decrease one or more other scores." No Con decrease, no Str or Dex increase.

04-03-05, 10:23 PM You gain nothing from doing this besides what the undead type can give you, and then there's the Necropolitan.

Psychofeedback does ability burn damage, which basically means it's fuelled by your scores. I don't think ANY DM would allow you to burn a nonability.

If you want a psionically flavored "lich" replacement, check my sig. I wrote one up a while back when every third topic on the psi boards was "ooh! Psionic lich!" or something similar.

No one, at least when the dm houserules that the burn to con would be applied to cha instead since you have no con score. What happens to an undead with no cha score?

carry around stuff with your telekinesis and burn all of your strength... just leave a couple of points.
