Recently posted on the DnD community boards was this:

"There are others who do things like ask the CO board how to make Robin Hood in D&D (archer who can also use a sword and swing a mean quarterstaff, with leadership, stealth and mobility skills) and you'll also get help."

So, even if it has been done before, can some of you good people give me some ideas on this subject?

I am going to establish a couple of parameters, but feel free to provide whatever ideas you think is appropriate as long as it is noted as being outside of those parameters.

Parameter #1: Use the classic 1938 Movie as the basis. Robin Hood has been a character in far too many stories to use them all, and this is not a lesson in Comparative Literature.

Parameter #2: Let us assume that Robin has: Str16/Dex18/Con16/Int16/Wis16/Cha18 and maximum H.P. per level.

Parameter #3: There needs to be some mechanism for Richard to have a higher BAB and Leadership than Robin does. {Don't overthink this point, a single level of Rogue for Robin takes care of the BAb, as long as Richard has nothing but full BAB classes; Richard can be assumed to have bonuses to his Leadership from the Crusade}

Parameter #4: No magic. None.
