A Couple of Quick Questions [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-28-05, 07:37 AM I'm an 11th level PC looking to buff my crappy Will save at level 12 and also looking to gain a bonus feat (if possible). So here are my ?'s:

1. Is there any WotC feat that allows you to substitute Fort/Ref save for a Will save 1/round? In know there is a feat like this in the XPH, but no elsewhere.

2. Besides Fighter, Pyschic Warrior, and Psion, do any other classes give you an open bonus feat at 1st level?

The feat variant rouge in UA gives feats.. more will come to me

02-28-05, 08:15 AM 1. There's only Epic feats as far as I know. They're Dexterous Will and Dexterous Fortitude, and they either let you use your Dex modifier or let you use Reflex instead, I don't quite remember.

There's a cheesy class in Deities & Demigods, I think it's Justiciar of Thaiia or something like that, that grants you a bonus feat, +1d6 Sneak Attack, and a 1st level spell at 1st level. I think it has good will save, too.

You might as well try Slayer Of Domiel from BoED.

02-28-05, 11:25 AM Justicar of Taiia gets good Will and gives +1d6 sneak attack at first level, but it doesn't get a bonus feat exactly (you get a free weapon proficiency in a single weapon, however).

Tribal Protector (S&F) gets a bonus feat, so do Wu Jen and a bunch of other classes.

It might be easier if we knew more about your PC (classes, current feats, stats, etc.)
