I am currently designing a character to be used in a third level campiagn. It is a store game so exact parties aren't planned out (i once got an entirely arcane spellcaster party 3 third level sorcerors and sorceror/paladins, one wizard, a spellthief and a warmage), I am looking to create a character that disarms people that are attacking him with weapons, proceeds to trip them, throw them and use their own weapons against them. My idea goes something like this:

Human Fighter 2/Monk 1
Feats:
Dodge
Combat Expertise
Combat Reflexes
Improved Trip
Improved Unarmed Strike
Improved Grapple
Defensive Throw (OA)

I am planning to get Improved Disarm and Grappling Block(Oriental Adventures). I have UE and i am unsure of whether to take shou disciple so that i can wear light armor and still apply WIS to AC, can you do that? Also should i progress into swordsage as i really like that class for the throwing techniques? Also the game is 32 point buy and i am unsure where to put what. All books allowed no ferals/mineral warriors!

No. It lets you flurry in light armor and with any weapon, but you don't keep your Wis to AC. This (http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=2674339&postcount=244) old character of mine sounds similiar to what you're aiming for.

Alrighty then, with that in mind how about a Human Fighter2/Monk 2/SwordSage 2/Shou Disciple 5/SwordSage +4/Master of Nine 5?
I am still unsure where to put the points though, i think i will have minimum 14 int and dex I am unsure about the rest. However i do have this idea:

STR: 14
DEX: 15
CON: 12
INT: 14
WIS: 16
CHA: 8

Feats:
1: Dodge (HBF)
1: Combat Expertise
1: Combat Reflexes (FBF)
2: Improved Trip (FBF)
3: Improved Unarmed Strike (MBF)
3: Improved Grapple (MBF)
3: Defensive Throw
4: Deflect Arrows (MBF)
5: Weapon Focus (Setting Sun Weapons)
6: Improved Disarm
8: Improved Initiative (SDBF)
9: Grappling Block
10: Weapon Specialization (SDBF)
12: Adaptive Style
15: Blind Fight
18: Superior Unarmed Strike
