So far I've only got this up to 10th level, but I was going on some "this would look cool" ideas. The build depends on an Eberron setting, or a DM who's letting you play as Warforged. It's a pretty good generic build, but here goes

Bbn4/ftr2/FB10

Going as follows for char. level
1: Barbarian
2: Fighter
3: Fighter
4: Barb
5: Barb
6: Barb
7-16: Frenzied Berserker
From here I guess you can finish off Barbarian.

Feats :

1st : Adamantine Body (or mithril body, if you prefer to have high-dex)
Ftr1: Power Attack
Ftr2: Cleave
3rd : Destructive Rage
6th : Intimidating Rage
9th : Extra Rage (if your DM rules that that applies to both Rage and Frenzy), or Instantaneous Rage, to taste.
12th: Improved Initiative
15th: Great Cleave

Feats after 9th are pretty much up to taste, I just happen to like those feats.

Now, the real fun part is the Warforged bit. You get bonus con, which leads to more rage, and HP. The big thing, though, is that as a living construct, Warforged take no penalties after they tire from a rage, or a frenzy, or both, as they are "immune to" ... "fatigue, exhaustion". Which means you can safely go into a rage and a frenzy at the same time, and not be exhausted at the end, incase there's still combat. Now if only there was a way around the 1 rage or frenzy per encounter.

A similar build is to use the 'Mineralized Warrior' Template from Underdark as a ECL+1. Gives you :

Burrow speed 15'
Natural armor +3
Earth Strike - Add Con to attack and HD to damage
Dark Vision 60'
Damage Reduction 8/adamantine
+2 Str, +4Con, -2Int, -2Wis, -2Cha

I was using it for my battlerager, but would work for Frenzied Berserker as well.

Barbarian 1 Rage/Day Weapon Focus (Great Axe) Fast Move +10ft
Barbarian Uncanny Dodge
Fighter Power Attack Endurance
Fighter Cleave
Fighter
BattleRager 2 Rage/Day Leap Attack Rock Gut Gruff
BattleRager Fearless Close Quarter Fighting
BattleRager 3 Rage/Day Improved Unarmed Strike
BattleRager Greater Cleave Reckless Offensive Improved Grapple
BattleRager 4 Rage/Day Natural Armor +2
Fighter Earths Embrace
Fighter Round About Kick

I would skip Great Cleave, and look at feats like Improved Sunder->Combat Brute, Improved Bull Rush->Shock Trooper. There's a tactical feat in Races of Eberron specifically for Warforged melee combatants which you should look into - if I remember correctly, it has lots of synergy with Combat Brute and Shock Trooper. Also, look into the Warforged Juggernaut PrC in the Eberron Campaign Setting.

I would rebuild it slightly to Fighter 4, Barbarian 1, Warforged Juggernaut 5, Frenzied Berserker 10.

Delaying entry into Frenzied Berserker helps make it more likely that you've accumulated enough of a will save to not dice your party when you are out of enemies, and warforged juggernaut makes you immune to alot of things, including Mind-control so you dont have to worry about enemy wizards making you dice your party.

Although, bare in mind that if you fail a will save (anyone can roll a 1 no matter how high your willsave) & attack your party, they don't really ahve a way to stop you :(

yes, but in the kind of highpowered play that involves someone playing a frenzied berserker, it isn't very hard for the double expanded half-giant to keep him tripped until the frenzy wears off, or for the wizard to just force cage him.

heh. Like I said, the build needs work.. I'll look into the warforged juggernaut, and a few other ideas I've been playing with. I like the barbarian levels for the rages tho, simply because raging and frenzying at the same time = awesomeness, esp. if you don't get exhausted after the fact. Anywho, onward to more reading!
