I can't find a way to create a good combo of levels and feats to make a character who uses a gun in each hands and is a good fighter.
Could you help me?
the character is a dark elf (+2 LA), and have 21 levels. I'd like him to use magic in order to improve his fighting capacities. My campaign take place in the planescape setting, and is gonna bring my PCs up to the 40th level...

If anybody has an idea...
Note that I'm not afraid of buying a book I don't have!

You might start with the gun mage from Iron Kingdoms by Privateer Press (class can be downloaded from their website, actually). Either use it directly, or use it for inspiration. Of course, you and your DM will want to work out an epic progression for it. Shouldn't be too difficult, I would think. Otherwise, adapt the battle sorcerer from Unearthed Arcana, and go from there.

Also, note that the IKCG has a Pistoleer PrC, as well.

What books are you using?

The D20 Modern - Urban Arcana is probably the best thing printed for a gunslinging character. Mainly because it's geared towards gunslinging mages. There's a PRC in the web enhancement that's basically an Arcane Archer, but with guns instead of bows. There's also a nice selection of magical firearms in the "Weapons" section.

If you're limited to fantasy only, check complete warrior for the Exotic Weapon Master (Twin Exotic Weapon Fighting, Ranged Disarm and Close Quarters Ranged Combat), as well as liberal use of Fighter and Ranger levels.

FTR 6/ Ranger 11 / EW Master 3 on its own is a pretty mean two-weapon gunslinger. I'm sure you could optimize further.
