Hes the two most hated classes, fighter and sorceror based, with maxed archmage, dragon disciple, master alchemist (interesting class that lets you make almost any spell into a potion, all you need to know is he can brew 5 spells per day up to 9th level), War wizard... and I beleive thats it. Do what you will with that the stats currently are

Lets see if you can make a better character than me with that :) I bet anything you cant. Gp limit is the norm for level 40's starting anew (I beleive thats 18 million some.) Ill post my version of the character sometime in the next hour, it takes forever to type all that crap :)

0: Flare, detect poisen, dancing lights, light, mage hand, prestidigitation, read magic, detect magic, arcane mark- DC 50ish, 9 spells per day
1: Spider climb, Burning Hands, Animate rope, A couple things i cant read in my scribbl handwriting, Tensers floating disk, identify DC 51ish, 7 per day.
2: Combust, Arcane lock, Flaming sphere continual flame, pyrotechniques (noticing a flame theme?)-DC 52ish, 7 per day
3: Fireball, Flame arrow, Water Breathing, Blink, Slow-DC raised by 1 from now on, 7 per day.
4:Wall of fire, fire trap, fireshield, contagion- 6 per day
5: Fabricate, permanency, Telekenisis- 6 per day
6: Disintigrate, antimagic field, move earth, veil, repulsion (keep mind I've learned soem new spells along the way for various reasons.) 6 per day.
7: Simalcrum, Delayed blast fireball, force cage, cloudkill- 6 per day
8: Nybor's wrathful something-or-other (I did it in initials to save space), incendiary cloud, polymorph any object-6 per day
9: Wish, chain contingency, meteor swarm- 6 per day
Also has 1 10-14th level spells and 5 13th level spells (for metamagic).

Random other items: Boots of swiftness, gate key.

feats (this is going to take me a while, feel free to glide this. Ill put the important ones near the top in a different color).
Improved metamagic 3x, Epic spellcasting, Improved Spell capacity 3x, Auto quicken 5x, and auto feats from following classes- Sorceror familiar, archmage, war wizard, also every metamagic ever is on the list
Improved whirlwind attack and nessesities, mess of fighter bonus feats put towards being better with claws (thing like improved crit, weapon specialization, all that) Regional Feat Fearless (When your convinced your the most powerful being your not scared of much. No, this isnt like the actual cowards who claim to be fearless, he honestly thinks hes the best.), more crap I wont care to trouble you with, bassically the best standard feats and some from D&D supplements, nothing new to explain.

He also has a few milion gp left over for things like taverns :D And by "taverns" I mean "buying the whole town for the hell of it, if his charisma cant conquer it."

Languages dont really matter but: Common, Elven, Draconic, Undercommon, his "cohort" which is really more of a tag-along NPC I have lots of control over has polygot, not to mention Fae'run is gone so its all new languages.

Im defainitly missing a lot, request any info I've missed.

*sigh* there is always something more powerful at any level, let alone an epic level gestalt character. The real challendge is to make a lower level character powerful as you don't have as much to play with (see the Hulking Hurler thread). This should probably have been posted in the Epic Level forum.

Just to illustrate how easly epic levels are broken, here is a half done character I made in about 15 minutes.

All three last for 40 hours and can easly reach +50 to a statistic.
You can cast 8 epic spells a day so this leaves 4 more, even if you renew the spells every morning.

Spellcasting

Arcane CL 40 +1 Ion stone +4 Divine = 45
Divine CL 35 +1 Ion Stone +4 Prayer Beads +4 Divine = 44
Cosmic Descryer can add to this further (5 hp / +1 CL)

The main point of the build is casting gate as a free action each round without the XP costs lets you have a retinue of 41 advanced dragons (82 HD) as your personal bodyguard. Of course they can all cast a huge amount of spells (including epic spells) and have massive damage dealing potential.
they each serve for 41 rounds before getting replaced with a new fresh and healthy dragon.

You can still fight or cast spells easly. You get Charisma to AC (twice), Damage and Saves, Intelligence to Damage and Wisdom to AC. there is a way of getting about 20,000 hp and sacrificing them to the Cosmic Descyer to gate in a 8,000 HD creature that starys around all day, but I can't be bothered to work it in at the moment.

The possabilities are endless.

BTW, while sorcerers aren't usualy too great, Fighters are excellent for the vast quantity of feats it gives you.

Hmmm...

At a guess:

Druid 30/Nature's Warrior 5/Hierophant 5
Rogue 16/War Shaper 4/Hulking Hurler 5/Master Thrower 5/Void Incarnate 10

Looks pretty good to me. Burn the epic feats on Epic Spellcasting and making your wild shape size silly for the Hulking Hurler. You are immune to pretty much everything (permenant Mind Blank, immune to Force effects, Improved Mettle and Improved Evasion)

Alternatively, if you want real spellcasting power:
Sorceror 30/Eldritch Master 10
Fighter 2/Barbarian 12/Ranger 2/Shifter 15/Hulking Hurler 5/War Shaper 4

(Can you say *all* Epic seeds? Oh, and Hulking Hurler firepower)

And I am sure there is plenty of other silly stuff.

im gonna go simple and say monk40/rogue40, just cuz i dont wanna go and look for prcs.

youll being doing a lot of sa dmg with 5 unarmed attacks. Not only that but you will make the ultimate assassin, with uneathly speed and you should been really hard to hit if you got good stats. maybe through in vop for some brokenness.
