I've been toying around with a build for a Halfling cleric with the Luck and Trickery domains. The main focus will be luck, naturally. I had originally intended to do the following build:
(BTW I can talk my DM into letting the Arcane requirements on Fatespinner slide.)
1-5 Cleric
6 Fatespinner
7-16 Luckstealer
17-20 Fatespinner

This seemed like a good choice until I ran across the Auspician. Now I don't know what to do. Of course, there's no way I can fit another 10lvl prestige class in this build. So, I figured I would see what kind of build would be more optimal.

Thank you in advance.

Edit: Almost forgot. Just in case....
Fatespinner is in Complete Arcane
Luckstealer is in Races of the Wild
Auspician is in Faiths and Pantheons

wait more than a day for a bump and put up a build sheet or at least a rough outline

I think fatespinner only works for arcane spells.

Very true, ninjarabbit, but if you read the original post...

Ugh, made a mistake. Even with my DM allowing for a Divine-flavored Fatespinner, I wouldn't meet the requirements for it until 7th character level and 7th caster level. So my requirements are looking something like this:

Fatespinner: Know(Religion) 10 ranks, Prof(Gambler) 5 ranks, 4th lvl divine spells
-=-Stating yet again, that my DM WILL allow this change in Fatespinner's requirements-=-
Luckstealer: Prof(Gambler) 9 ranks, 3rd lvl divine spells
Auspician: Base Fort +5, Base Ref +2

The feats required for these aren't a problem...it's just trying to figure out which ones to take and how many levels to dip....
My main focus is forcing other's to reroll, avoidance of death, and full casting progression.

Right now, I'm thinking:
1 Cleric
2 Cleric
3 Cleric
4 Cleric
5 Cleric
6 Cleric Now I qualify for Luckstealer and Auspician
7 Auspician(1) Now I qualify for Fatespinner
8 Fatespinner(1)
9 Fatespinner(2) This gives me Fickle Finger of Fate, the reroll I was after.
8 Auspician(2)
9 Auspician(3) Another Fickle Finger of Fate.
10-19 Luckstealer Get some neat abilities and 10th lvl LS gives Fate's proof, another good reroll 3 times a day.
No idea what to do for 20th lvl.
This gives me a caster level of 16 at 19th level, I believe.

This is the best I can figure out. I really hate putting off Luckstealer for so long, but I can see no optimal way around it. If lvl 1 LS gave a +1 caster level, I would take it instead of Auspician.
Advice would be appreciated. Also, if you no any other luck related classes, let me know.

A couple of the pirate classes get luck rerolls...

Do you have to be halfling? A human or half-elf has access to Protected Destiny and Heroic Destiny. Protected Destiny is LOADS better than Dallah Thaun's Luck, which is the only reason off the bat I can see you being a Halfling in hte first place.

tsuyoshikentsu, you are brilliant! I will prolly still be halfling, but my DM HATES racial restrictions that "don't make sense"...and you'd be surprised what that encompasses. Thanks a ton.

Hey, no prob... I was toying with an idea like this, but never got around to a build.
