At the start of a new campaign, we rolled up characters. My original scores were so bad, I was allowed to roll them again, using the DM's own dice. Scores were deemed playable, and we went on. I am playing a Half-Orc Barbarian. See below for stats. My DM has a reputation for being a little rough, and Grork will need to be up to par. He weilds a greatsword, has studded leather armor, and is "Less than bright".

Str: 16
Dex: 12
Con: 13
Int: 7
Wis: 11
Cha: 6

*(Note that above stats are after racial mods.)

Feats: Power Attack

He gets a grand total of 2 skill points per level. This means I maxed out jump (I was thinking Leap Attack as a feat at level six.) and threw some points into listen and survival.

Flavorwise, Grork is all set. I do need him to be able to deal some serious damage though, as it's been hinted that the bulk of the enemy minions will not fight to the death and run after the BBEG or Mini-Bosses take damage/are defeated. Being able to take a few hits is also nice. I was also thinking of Improved Initiative at third level. Any comments?

Hmm. Any way you can switch to Bastard Sword instead? A dip into Exotic Weapon Master down the road could significantly up your damage yield.

yeah... I think EWM would work. Any other suggestions?

Well... Frenzied Berzerker is the best damage dealing class you have access to. You just have to worry about killing your friends... A level or two of Hexblade + Iron Will would help avoid that.

You might check out the following two threads. I'm sure you won't want to use all the stuff in them, but even combining some of it can give you massive damage capacity.
