I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do after 9th level. Currently I'm a 4th level Ninja/3rd level Fighter. The 8th level is a fighter Level and the 9th level will be Ninja. After there I'm lost
Stats:
Str 14, Dex 16, Con 13, Int 12, Wis 15 (+1 @8th level), Cha 10
Feats:
Dodge, Mobility, Weapon Focus (katana), Power Attack, Cleave, Leap Attack
(at 8th level add Weapon Specialization Katana and at 9th level add Raptor School)
Special Abilities:
Sudden Strike +2d6, Poison Use, Great Leap, Ghost Step (and whatever a 5th level ninja gets for my 9th character lvl)

Going from there what would be cool to do or is there anything that you would change at 8th and 9th levels? I'm mainly looking at prestige classes but I'm open to anything.

Well, just get Improved Iniative and Go for the Ghost faced killer PrC. Combines nicely with the Ninja/fighter combo.

Except the GF Killer uses Cha for its Frightening Attack. It still might be worthwhile.

I'd advise against Weapon Specialization — it's really not worth it unless you're piling on the attacks. I'd take Improved Initiative (as noted), Spring Attack or EWP (Katana) and grap a level of EW Master for Uncanny Blow.
