Sing to the tune of Little Deuce Coupe, by the Beach Boys

Now I ain't braggin' now, so don't put me down
But I think I've caught the strongest Warforged barb to be found
When it comes to maxed out AC he's really standing tall
No, that -2 I get from Rage won't matter at all
Yeah it's my Little Stone 'Forged little Stone 'Forged, you don't know what I got
my little stone 'forged you don't know what I got

Class Level - feats

Warforged Fighter 1 - Mithral Body
Barbarian 1
Stoneblessed 1 - Endurance
Stoneblessed 2
Stoneblessed 3
Barbarian 2 - Mithral Fluidity
Barbarian 3
Deepwarden 1 - Track
Deepwarden 2 - Mithral Fluidity
Warforged Fighter 2 - Mithral Fluidity
Fighter 3
Fighter 4 - Mithral Fluidity, Power Attack
Barbarian 4
Barbarian 5
Barbarian 6 - Mithral Fluidity
Barbarian 7
Barbarian 8
Barbarian 9 - Mithral Fluidity
Barbarian 10
Barbarian 11
Yep, those are the WF Fighter racial sub levels from Eberron

Now this trick runs off basic Warden abuse
Get the Con added to AC and then let it run loose
But don't forget the feat upping Max Dex to AC
Thank God (and Wizards too!) for Mithral Fluidity
Yeah it's my Little Stone 'Forged little Stone 'Forged, you don't know what I got
my little stone 'forged you don't know what I got

Con score breakdown
At level 8: base 18 + 2 racial + 2 levels + 2 stoneblessed + 4 rage + 4 bear's endurance or amulet of health = 30, modifier + 10

At level 20: base 18 + 2 racial + 2 stoneblessed + 5 levels + 5 tome + 6 rage + 6 amulet of health = 44, modifier +17

Now of course he's got his HP maxed up the wazoo
And Power Attack lets him do decent damage too
He's so destructive with a greatsword in hand
And he won't deal nothing but big hits, daddy

minimum AC breakdown
At level 20: Max Dex (Con) mod to AC is 17
10 base + 10 enchanted armor + 17 Con (while raging) - 2 raging = 35
This is before Rings of Protection, animated shields, barkskin spells, and all that good stuff.

Now if all that wasn't enough to make you say "gosh!",
All that Con goes to his touch AC, and Uncanny Dodge
Means he can't be flanked, surprised, or nothin' silly like that
It's enough to make your average Rogue go and eat his hat
Yeah it's my Little Stone 'Forged little Stone 'Forged, you don't know what I got
my little stone 'forged you don't know what I got
Yeah it's my Little Stone 'Forged little Stone 'Forged, you don't know what I got
my little stone 'forged you don't know what I got

Too bad you couldn't squeeze any levels of Frenzied Berzerker in there. I've just discovered how cheap it is to have a Warforged Barbarian/Frenzied Berzerker...immunity to subdual damage (via Warforged Juggernaut or a feat) and immunity to fatigue...snap.

Actually you don't really need the Max Dex to AC unless the DM specifically makes a house rule that Con is limited by Max Dex rules.

According to the rules, and to Custserv, the game itself has no built-in limit to the Con modifier.

That is BEAUTIFUL!

Of course, if you want something with a bit more bite to it than the Beach Boys for the musical cover, I might suggest Stone Cold (http://www.darklyrics.com/lyrics/hammerfall/glorytothebrave.html#7) by Hammerfall. :D

That said, I agree with Jeremy here: You can free up the Mithral Fluidity stunt a fair bit because there's no inherent limit on your Con bonus. I think this is lame, but I can't argue with the rules on this forum (I'd houserule it myself were I running the game, but for the purposes of this forum, RAW is gospel).

So: sung to the tune of "What do you do with a drunken sailor?"
What do we do with the Stoneforged Rager?

(assuming you'll pardon the unofficial dubbing, in both senses of the word.)

Maybe I'm missing something, but in my copy of the ECS, Mithral Fluidity only increases max dex by 1. So you'd only have 11 max dex. Whether or not that matters is a question I'll stay out of.

Well, if JMC and Antendren are right, then I'm stupid :( but it's still a strong build. Kick out the MFs for, say, Great Cleave, Combat Brute, and Shock Trooper. Or perhaps Elusive Target and Defensive Throw.

The best Stonewarden AC abuse remains the RoD Mongrelfolk Monk15/SBlessed3/DWarden2. The best part is how it cuts down nicely on Monk MAD. You can still get full Monk damage, speed, and AC with a monk's belt.
