You guys are the experts at this, so I am asking for your help.

I need a Paladin. A Level 16 Paladin. As good as you can make him.

There are some rules, though, based on the campaign and availible books

1. You have a 35-point buy to use for ability scores

2. This has to be 16 levels of Paladin, no PrCs, no multiclassing.

3. He has to be Human

4. 3.5 rules

5. You can use ANYTHING from ANY of the books I list below, but nothing outside of them. My group doesn't own anything but this, so I can't use anything but this.
PHB
DMG
Monster Manual
Complete Arcane
Complete Warrior
Complete Divine
Draconomicon
Book of Exalted Deeds
Monster Manual III
Miniatures Handbook
Expanded Psionics Handbook

6. I really do appreciate the help. Thank you to whomever contributes

Paladin 16.

You will typically get more results if you post more of your own work. Most people that read these forums will not make characters for you.

Paladin 16.Thank you Captain Obvious ;). The OP stated the build was required to be straight Paladin.

I recommend a Halfling Paladin with a wardog mount focused on...you guessed it: Mounted Combat. Small mounted warriors are better able to take advantage of their mounts in the confining quarters of a dungeon setting. If you don't like mounted combat, then be an Aasimar Paladin focused on a two-handed weapon and social skills.

What will your party look like? This way we know if we need to memorize divine spells or not.
