A Pirate Optimized [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-22-05, 10:04 AM I'm starting a campaign with my old DM and he is letting us start level twenty I was wondering what the best way to make a pirate character with 10 levels of Dread Pirate with maby an epic Dread Pirate Progression?( My friend says that the prestige class sucks. Is it to bad to play in a competitive game?)

05-22-05, 11:06 AM the 3.0 was pretty bad, but the 3.5 DP is really fun to me and seems to work well enough.

05-23-05, 12:14 AM see my entry in this months contest. In epic, pump Dread Pirate. He gets more inspire the crew bonus every 4 levels. (Extrapolate any repeated ability infinitely to come up with epic progressions, and gain a bonus feat progression, probably 1/3 for DP).
