Ask your DM. It really doesn't say one way or another. I've seen people claim that it means you can use it as often as you want, but that wouldn't fly in my campaign.

The class is powerful enough without unlimited summonings that I would probably just go with once per day as an assumed limit. It is ultimately up to your DM though.
