How do you optimize a gully dwarf?

Ground rules:
Books allowed: dragonlance + core, nothing else
Stats: 30 point buy
Alignment: not evil
No stats below 8 after racial modifiers

gully dwarves are small,
20' move,
+2dex +2con -4int -4cha
+2 to hide/ms, etc

The character is starting at lvl 4 and it is gonna be played up to lvl 20.

I was thinking of a build like this:
Rogue1/Barbarian1/Rogue2-3/Fighter1/Rogue4-18

Feats I have been thinking of are:
Dodge/Mobility/Spring attack...

I am wondering how I should use the 30 points for stats... low str/high dex + weapon finesse or hig str/dex and no weapon finesse? The high str version would work good with rage and spring attack I believe... But.. I don't know...

I optimize a gully dwarf by rolling it tightly in a sheet and lighting one end. Remember, children: puff, puff, pass

with a -4 to int i would not bother to take rogue that much farther as skills are one of the main features of the class.
a more combat-oriented approach, maybe via a barbarian prestigeclass, would be nice.

If you are willing to take at two level Dip you could head for Deepwarden with a level of ranger in there as well (Skills are the issue).

Before Racial
STR - 15 (8 Points)
DEX - 14 (6 Points)
CON - 14 (6 Points)
INT - 12 (4 points)
WIS - 10 (2 Points)
CHA - 12 (4 points)

After Racial
STR - 15
DEX - 16
CON - 16
INT - 8
WIS - 10
CHA - 8

I would head this route:

Ranger 1 / Barbarian 4 / Deepwarden 2 / Barbarian PRC maybe Frenzied Beserker
