Have been considering this for a while but wondered what people would think:

Neraph
fighter8/ranger2/discipleofdispater8/mortalhunter1/X
feats (in no particuar order)=
PA
improved cleave
favoured PA
combat brute
improved crit scimitar
track
disciple of darkness
expertise
alertness
mortalbane
GreaterTWF
improved TWF

This makes your scimitars 9-20/X2 weapons & although thats got nothing directly tied to PA it means that on 7 attacks i get 3.85 critical hits (lets call it 4 because otherwise it gets too complicated for me) which makes an equivalent of 11 attacks benefitting from PA.
The actual PA ratio is 1>2.5 (against non-outsiders) which seems good for a TWF.

Is there anyway i could improve this TWF power attacker WITHOUT FB?
Or should i just go something like seraph barbarian 6/ranger3/FB10/mortal hunter1 with combat brute & favoured PA for purely insane TWF PA but much worse saves & skillpoints?

For those wondering, mortal hunter has an outsider requirement which is why i chose seraph, its the only 0 La outsider i know of.

It's too bad that BoVD wasn't quite 3.5 ed. Or are you making a 3rd ed PC?

Luckily in 3.5 they don't stack Keen from Disciple of Dispater with Improved Critical because 3.5 ed new rules overrule the notation in that PrC. I'm sure it they convert that PrC it will even lose its Triple Crit. Range ability.

It's a 3.0 ed character to get those stacking critical ranges. Anyhow you also need to hit and confirm criticals so the actual critical hits will happen less often.

EDIT: Oh, no ambidexterity? So it is a mix and match character between 3.0 and 3.5.

I have no keen weapons & the triple threat range says that it DOES stack with improved crit. It's not really a mix of 3.5 & 3.0. My DM sayed that 3.0 material which has not been updated is usable. Should i have put that in the original post?

you DM is rignt the 3.0 materas are usble when they are not contrdicted byt 3.5

But 3.5 Updated Imprved critical not to stack with effects like keen

from the 3.5 SRD
IMPROVED CRITICAL [GENERAL]
Choose one type of weapon.

Prerequisite: Proficient with weapon, base attack bonus +8.

Benefit: When using the weapon you selected, your threat range is doubled.

Special: You can gain Improved Critical multiple times. The effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new type of weapon.

This effect doesn’t stack with any other effect that expands the threat range of a weapon.

A fighter may select Improved Critical as one of his fighter bonus feats.

Ok, you win on the improved critical. What do you think about:
seraph barbarian5/fighter10/ranger1/FB4/mortal hunter1
feats are the same as below but without expertise, track & improved crit & then i need to add TWF & the FB prerequisites. That leaves me with 6 feats to add on. Which would you recommend? i think maybe improved bull rush & shock trooper so that PA doesn't decrease my attack as i need all of it to hit as a TWF. Now what do i take?

PS. how does PA stack up? what would the combo of favoured Pa, improved Pa & combat brute be?

if your going TWF, then you want ImprovedTWF (and if you get bab 16) Greater TWF.

and TWD, (improved and greated) works well with it too.
