I've been working on a Cleric build for a game I'm in, and after looking through my MoF, I've decided to use the following build:

Human worshipper of Oghma
1. Fighter 1, Dodge, Iron Will, Endurance
2. Fighter 2, Mobility
3. Cleric 1, Combat Casting, Travel domain, Luck domain
4. Cleric 2
5. Cleric 3
6. Cleric 4, Extend Spell
7. Mystic Wanderer 1, put max class-skill ranks in Perform (Dance)
8. Spelldancer 1
9. Spelldancer 2, Spell Focus: Conjuration
10. Nar Demonbinder 1
11. Incantrix 1, Persistent Spell, prohibited school: Illusion
12. Incantrix 2, Divine Metamagic: Persistent Spell
13. Incantrix 3
14. Incantrix 4
15. Incantrix 5, Practiced Spellcaster, Maximize or Quicken Spell
16. Incantrix 6
17. Incantrix 7
18. Incantrix 8, Extra Turning
19. Incantrix 9
20. Incantrix 10, Maximize or Quicken Spell

Incantrix spellcasting will be applied to Cleric, since its "+1 level of existing class". After looking over the many overlapping PrC requirements, I noticed that it could grab one level of Dragon Slayer as soon as it has a +5 BAB. It goes unarmored and will certainly wear a Monk's Belt and Bracers of Armor, with whatever martial weapons it wants to use.

The build has 9th level spells at max caster level by level 20, so its epic-ready. Plus it can take level 21 in Dragon Slayer and pick Improved Spell Capacity to have two level 10 spells per day, without a loss of caster level.

Suggestions? Nay-sayers to shoot me down?

No dice. Incantrix requires the ability to 'cast 3rd level arcane spells'. All your ND spells are 4th and higher. The single exception I can think of is, possibly, extra slot, to give yourself a slot at level 3, for arcane spells (but even then, you won't actually be able to cast any 3rd level arcane spells, and hence still won't meet the pre-reqs).

So no. Nice try, but no dice.

Only take one level of Fighter, so you can take Nar Demonbinder at level 9. Take Arcane Preparation at the same time.

Be either Vile or Exalted. Prepare a third level Vile or Exalted spell.

Otherwise, you could convince your DM to allow Extra Spell to allow you to learn a 3rd level spell from off the ND list.

Standard manner of getting 1st, 2nd, 3rd levels pells from Nar Demonbinder.

You're probably left with a nasty Feat crunch. You'll have to compensate with Flaws from UA if allowed. Weak-Willed and possibly Shaky are the more common choices.

DOH! :banghead:
I forgot Vile Spells.

Nice catch, Qaeter. ;)

But yeah. Your life will be painfully featless. Why do you want to do this?

I just thought the idea of a divine Incantrix was awesome. I probably won't go with it now that it won't work like I thought it would. For some reason I thought requirements were more like "this level spells or higher" but I guess not.
