Adapting Knight Phantom to FRCS: PEACH [Archive] - Wizards Community

Any feedback from a CharOp standpoint would be appreciated, since I did make some mechanical changes. I've tried to keep the changes minimal for the most part.

Phaedrus: I'm adapting it but trying to give it a flavor slant, so I made a couple minor changes to support that. I suppose in that sense it's more than just a strict campaign setting switch.
