Well, since we are approaching the end of the summer, and I will be leaving the gaming group to go back to college at the end of the month, the DM of my group has decided to advance our characters ahead a bit so that we can play through the cool last sections of the City of the Spider Queen adventure. Due to travel engagements of certain members of the group, we have but one gaming session remaining.

So, my 15th level Human Druid (3.5 game) has now become an 18th level Druid, and with the increased level and subsequent wealth, as well as some cash I had saved back previously, I now have to decide what feat to take, and how to spend 276,350 gp.

Here is a rundown of what items I already have, as well as a list of my current feats:

Monk's Belt
+1 Scimitar
+1 Sling
Periapt of Wis +6
Druid's Vestment
Eversmoking Bottle
Ring of Counterspells
2 Quall's Feather Tokens (trees)
Bracers of Armor +4
3 Wilding Clasps (Placed upon the Periapt, the Monk's Belt, and the Bracers)
Ring of Protection +2
Cloak of Resistance +1
Pearl of Power (5th level)
Wand of Cure Light Wounds - 38 charges
Standard Strand of Prayer Beads
Stone Salve

Feats:
Extend Spell
Spell Penetration
Empower Spell
Natural Spell
Blindsight (MotW)
Dragon Wildshape (Draconomicon)
Rashemi Elemental Summoning (Unapproachable East)

As far my 18th level feat is concerned, I've been eyeing Fast Wildshape (MotW, CD), but given that I'll have Shapechange, I'm thinking wildshape will often take a back seat during a significant portion of combat. Also, I would either need a Manual of Quickness of Action +1 or I'd need to place my 16th level stat boost into Dex, as I currently only have a 12 in that stat. I am unsure what other feats I should consider.

Here is a list of how I'm thinking of spending my 276 K in gold:
+2 Tome of Wis - 55k
Pearl of Power (9th level) - 81k
Pearl of Power (7th level - simply an upgrade to my current 5th level Pearl) - 24k upgrade cost
Orange Ioun Stone - 30k
Incense of Meditation - 4900
Cloak of Resistance +5 - 25k
2 Jade Circlets (Shapechange focus) - 1500 each
Standard Strand of Prayer Beads (never hurts to have 2 beads of karma - higher HD Shapechange forms) - 25,800

That comes to a total of 248,700 gp, leaving me with approximately 27,000 gp yet to spend. Any ideas on how I can get the best mileage out of my available funds? I suppose I should also get a fourth Wilding clasp, so as to retain the cloak's resistance bonuses to saves while wildshaped.

No one at all? Well, I guess I did a good job of choosing what to buy.

If you're good why not exalted wildshape?

With beads of karma and an orange ioun stone, I can already assume forms of up to 23 HD; and it'll last for 3 hours and 50 minutes per casting. I think that'll out do a blink dog.

Also, I don't want to restrict myself to being a goody-two-shoes. I am NG, but it won't hurt me currently if I ever need to summon something that happens to be evil (like an octopus tree).

Pass on the Cloak and Wilding Clasp. Cast Superior Resistance (SavSpec or CD - 5th level spell) to get a +6 Resistance Bonus for 1 hour /level. Cast it under influence of a Karma Bead and the Ioun stone. I doubt it will get dispelled easy. +6 to saves is pretty awesome.

Use your remaining cash to get metamagick rods. Maximize, Quicken, Rapid Spell (Greater - no less!), etc. Or Extend and Empower, although I notice you have those as primary feats.

For remaining feats, the Eberron feat that gives you the Gate spell is worth it alone for access to that brokety-broke spell. Remember, Cast Gate = Victory. Every single freakin' time.

Otherwise, you are at a level where casting/fighting first makes a boatload of difference. Ergo, the I.I. feat has merit here. Quicken Spell is also pretty awesome and worth a look. Greater SP as well, if in an environment of heavy-duty SR.

A custom magic item that gives you Tongues spell 24/7 would be awesome while you wildshape or Shapechange. Call it a Torc of the Tongues. Now you cast spells with verbal components in forms that have no verbal capability (the faboo Iron Golem form for example) or speak while in buff-a-riffic Legendary Ape form.
