Advice for my warrior priest [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-14-04, 11:02 PM It's been a long time I'm thinking about it, but I still don't know what Prc I should take. I'm playing 3,5 and I have every book. I really want a full cleric caster level and a good BAB. I would prefer to be true neutral, but it's not that important.

The first thing I taught is:

Priest 7/ Witch Hunter 10 / Other Prc X

But I think this should be better:

Priest 6 / Hospitalier 10 / Other Prc X

And to get over Hospitalier requirement of poverty, I'd go for vow of poverty. I believe this could be a good melee, with all the healing he needs for the tough fights...

If you have better ideas, please send them to me, I relly think my min/maxer skills is not the best around...(nor my english skills...)

05-15-04, 03:28 AM Ranger 1/Cleric 9/Windwalker 10 has 19 caster levels while only losing a few points of BAB.

Windwalker (Faiths and Pantheons PrC) is a specialty cleric of the FR god Shaundakul, a god of travel. He is CN so you can keep the N alignment.

05-15-04, 11:17 AM Windwalker has an assload of requirements, but is definetly a great prestige class in my opinion. I really wish our one campaign had gone long enough for me to start down that path with my ranger, but I never though about using it as a cleric, pretty damn good build you got there.

05-15-04, 11:48 AM If you provide more information about what you want your character to be like, then you'll get more responses.

Another good build would be Cleric (18-X)/Witch Hunter 2/Sacred Exorcist X.

05-15-04, 02:25 PM I don't know about the true neutral, especially clerical wise, most of their prestige need good or lawful, mostly the ones I use anyways, I'd list a build here but I know it will get sliced and diced to heck when the new divine book comes out, if you're not starting your campaign soon, just wait til that book comes out, if it hasn't already /shrug, to see how much wizards screwed over our favorite classes before you make a build and it falls apart
