Hello all. I have a character about to level and wanted to get some advice on what I should take next. The basic jist is he is a spiked chain fighter, though I admit he isn't the most optimized because of my low INT, which leaves out Imp. Trip, etc. The 12th level is currently going to be Fighter, which would give me 2 feats for that level. I am leaning towards Improved Toughness and Hold the Line, though I don't think the latter is strong.

Here's my character:
Level 11: Barb 2 / Ftr 5 / EWM 1 / Tac. Sol. 3
Stats: 14 14 22 10 10 8
HP: 139
BAB 11
Skills: Craft(Weapon) 3, Intimidate 5, Jump 7, Listen 5, Sense Motive 8
Feats:
EWP (Spiked Chain), WF(Spiked Chain), Power Attack, Cleave, Weapon Spec. (Spiked Chain),
Combat Reflexes, Expert Tactitian

Any and all help is appreciated.

Hmm, I always liked Blindfight, Mage Slayer with a reach weapon. Need some ranks in Spellcraft though.

What are your scores? There are other ways to get Imp Trip or Combat Expertise than having a decent int.

Edit: Look at the Wolf Totem Barbarian, he gets Imp Trip. And if I remember correctly, some bonuses to trip aswell. Its in Unearthed Arcana aswell as www.crystalkeep.com

Odd enough as it may sound, I had forgotten about Blind Fighting. But, how useful is it really in play to spend one of your higher level feat selections on?

As Xeraph noted, the Wolf Totem Barbarian (Unearthed Arcana) gets Improved Trip for free at level 2 instead of Uncanny Dodge. No extra bonuses, though.

For the bonuses, you want Wolf Berserker Lodge feat (Unapproachable East), which allows you to take Improved Trip without Expertise and gives you an additional +4 to Trip attacks.

If you can't change your Barbarian to the UA variant, take Wolf Berserker as your level 12 feat and Improved Trip with your Fighter6 feat.
