Currently he's a rogue3 Tiefling.
full stats are here:http://ocelot.home.mindspring.com/por/heroes/Tegris.html
8str
20dex
13con
14int
8wis
14cha

I'm going to be going Rogue3/Fav Soul2/Invis Blade5/rogue?/Fav soul?
Hoping to hit 16bab at lvl 20.
The DM is allowing the creators suggested feats for Invis Blade (Wep Focus and Wep Finesse)
Feats:
1: Weapon Focus Dagger
3: Weapon Finesse
6: Two Weapon Fighting
9: ITWF
12:??
15: GTWF
18:??

feats I'm looking into: craven, razing strike

Spell selection ideas would be good, since I'm going to start with the casting next level.
Allready know I'm going to take either lesser vigor or faith healing and grave strike.

THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION TO SUGGEST OTHER CLASSES, OR ASK IF I'M IN MY RIGHT MIND FOR DOING THIS.
The classes are going like this partly for RP reasons, and partly due to party makeup.

Well, can I at least get some suggestions on which to go?

Rogue11/Fav Soul4/Invis Blade5 (9d6 SA, lvl 2 spells) Rogue Special Ability, Improved Uncanny dodge

Rogue7/Fav Soul8/Invis Blade5 (7d6 SA, lvl 4 spells) Energy Resistance

both have 16bab over 20 lvls.

OR
Rogue9/Fav Soul6/Invis Blade5 (8d6 SA, lvl 3 spells) Energy Resistance, Improved Uncanny Dodge
with only 15bab over 20 lvls

(I wish I could get the DM to allow fractional attack bonuses, but he's using a computer program to handle our character sheets)

Don't come to the char op board if you don't want help optimizing your character. Sometimes optimizing means changing. If you can't change, it's doubtful we can optimize much.

Rogue/Favored Soul is a horrible build. Rogues need Dex and Int. Favored Souls need Cha and Wis. That's 4 stats you need relatively high in order to be efficient at either class, and it's tough to pull this off. Your 8 wis means the saving throw for all your spells is gonna be in the toilet.
Favored Soul's also miss out on turn undead (used to power divine metamagic in a gish build like this) and extra spells from a domain. They gain a limited list of spells, but the ability to cast them all spontaneously (although a Cleric can already cast heal/harm spontaneously). Overall, Favored Soul is a sorcerer copy that was never properly balanced, IMHO.

I can't imagine a situation where a cleric couldn't fulfill the RP requirements of a favored soul, or where a favored soul would outperform a cleric. I strongly urge you to change if you want to have an optimized character.

If you're still sticking with FS, then go with: Rogue10/Fav Soul4/Invis Blade5
With your classes/stat distribution/feat selection, you're going to be primarily fighting and backup healing/buffing. Consider grabbing the EWP( barbed dagger ) from complete adventurer if your DM will count that as the Invis Blade's dagger.
As far as spells go, take healing spells (0 lvl's are great for stabilizing), the 2nd lvl buffs (especially Owl's Wisdom), summon monster (to help with sneak attacking/flanking), bless, and anything else you can buff with. Stay away from anything offensive - you'll just be wasting spells as your targets save them off.

P.S. Is your DM using the errata saying the Invis Blade can only use his free feint once a round? Because once that change was made, that class became a lot less cool. I'd take 5 rogue over 5 invis blade anyday.

Well, sorry, but can't help it. The invis blade, while a decent class does not go all that well with what you appear to want or your stats. I mean, its not bad, but its not great.

You might want to try to talk your DM into letting you take shadowbane stalker. It would definitely increase your power and group friendliness. It has a very strict alignment restriction (which is very stupid as it is the only rogue/cleric prc there is) but if your DM will lessen that to allow CG it would make a great choice.

It appears your desire is to focus on rogue more than anything else. Since that is the case I would just take two levels of favored soul (mostly to fuel razing strike and a few heal spells, detect magic, etc.) and then either go the stalker route and finish with some other divine prc or favored soul or focus completely on combat with a couple fighter levels, maybe 2 ranger levels, the invis blade levels and the rest rogue.

For the feats, you definitely want both razing strike and craven. They are two of the best feats in existence for a rogue with divine spells.
