I'm currently running a character that was made in a non-optimised manner, mainly in order to fill out a funny background I wrote.
Despite this, however, he has a speed of 60' in light armour, and can cast Expeditious Retreat a few times a day which will stack fully with his other speed enhancements. He is currently third level: PsyWarr -> Cleric -> Barbarian, and can run up walls.
Aside from doing Dodge->Mobility->Spring Attack, what would you suggest doing with the speed? It seems a shame to let it go to waste...

If you don't mind trying to bump your speed up a few hundred more, try using yourself as an improvised weapon and run into the person. You can find the formula for that kind of damage in the world record speed build (though it used a druid).

Otherwise, I'd go dervish.
