hello to all
In our 10th lvl d&d campaign
I play a 10 th lvl ghaele from savage species but GM and players found him overpowered and unbalanced with the others (a werebear 2lvl druid, a 10th lvl monk, a stupid rogue/fighter tank and a 5th wizard/3 rogue/2 arcane trickster)
Si I considered to change my character and I was thinking about that

human saint (BoED) cleric 6/ prestige paladin 2 (unearthed arcana)

who will become later fist of raziel

F: 16, D:10, C:16, I:12, wis:16, cha: 18

feats: mounted combat, exalted turning, knight of the heavens, healing hand (exalted i don't remember the exact terminology)

what do you think ??? will I be very frustrated considering my precedent character or not ????

PS: excuse me if my enghlish is poor but I m french

I don't see how a 10 th lvl ghaele from savage species is overpowered.

Your party is very strange. Is the monk lawfull nuetral? I suggest you stay close to their alignment.

yes my party is rather strange i admit
in considering alignment
the monk is lawful good
the weredear druid is neutral good
the stupid fighter rogue (in fact he is rogue 4 /fighter 4/dragonslayer 2(from complete fighter (moongoose product) but he has 8 in int and roleplays this very well :P ) is chaotic good
the arcane trickster is also chaotic good
so I think a lawful good is acceptable....

the ghaele was considered overpowered because of the incorporeal globe form (with greater invisibility it gives a very efficient spy), detect thoughts and cure light wounds at will.
these three habilities are supposed to unbalance the game.... :(
