Christman 06-03-06, 05:33 PM	On page 19 of the Player's Handbook 2, it says Duskblades learn spells according to the Duskblade spell list on page 98. On page 22, it gives Duskblade starting packages. We'll use the first example starting package here. Spells Known: 1st - Kelgore's Fire Bolt, *Ray of Enfeeblement; 0 - *Acid Splash, *Disrupt Undead, *Ray of Frost, * Touch of Fatigue. Spells with an Asterisk ( * ) before their name are not listed on the Duskblade spell list. I looked through the Duskblade description, the PHB II spell section, and everything else I could think to look in. Nowhere does it say a Duskblade would have access to these spells. On top of that, in the Advancement section on page 22, it suggests taking Shocking Grasp, anosther spell not found on the Duskblade spell list. Since the Character Optimization boards is all about RAW, I thought I would point this out. I'm not sure if this is me missing something, but if I'm right then there's a huge error in the PHB II right now.

Random Hero 06-03-06, 05:41 PM	Page 24 lists the Duskblase Spell list - the ones in the "spell section" are only the NEW spells. Just like every other book WoTC has put out, the dont like to repeat themselves and reprint spells/abilities :)
