Looking for lots of stealth/sneaking/movement ability
. . . and lots of one-shot kill or big damage thru sneak or other special attacks

I'd recommend looking around a bit -- there are plenty of assassin builds out there. Swash3/Rog2/Assassin9/TelfShadowlord. Xeraph's Archivist/BlackFlameZealot/Strifeleader. Fatespinner Assassin. TG has a triple shadow-pouncing shadowlord in the Tome of Battle Guide. Lurk12/PsychicAssassin8 can do 14 Intelligence Damage, plus death attack plus sneak.

But generally casters are the best assassins.

The regulars here tend to prefer that you start the build off. Coming with nothing and "challenging" them to create your character usually won't get you very far. Post a build first, and they'll be happy to tweak it or even revise it entirely for you.

Grey or Sun Elf Ranger 3/Cleric 3/Dark Hunter 5/Black Flame Zealot 9.
With a starting Int of 16, +5 level-ups, Headband +6, Tome +5, and Ability Focus (Death Attack), you've got a death attack DC of 37.
