05-15-04, 06:54 PM You couldn't use them to get extra attacks, but you could use them to increase your Str modifier to damage. Each pair of extra arms adds X0.5 to your damage, I think. This is discussed in the Savage Species book.

You could also use them to do things like hold a wand in each of one pair of hands, and a weapon and shield, two light weapons, or a two-handed weapon in the other pair. You couldn't use all of that stuff in the same round, but it would save you move equivalent actions on drawing and putting it away.
