I could not find any where else to post this as well if it does work i want to see what can be done with it. How i see it rogues can use wants with use magic device as if they were a spell caster of the needed type arcane/devine.

When making items you can use items to meet prereq's. So could a wizard/rogue that buys a couple wands/staves to meet prereqs make staves and wands of cure light/serious etc.. If it does, with some tweaking could this become a viable alternate option to having a cleric/healer etc. class. (maybe a way to dual wield wands and use both in the same round, I know activating is ussually a standard action)

Some background, most in my group do not like to play spell casters especially healers. So either i end up playing one (starting to get a little tired of it) or the dm needs to add an npc. ( spending alot on potions is another option)

A straight arcane caster could take Arcane Disciple: Healing to use healing wands, or cross-class ranks of Use Magic Device.

There is much more to a divine healer than just Cure X Wounds, though.

So no tips and tricks of how to become a healer/divine caster while still being an arcane spell caster/ mostly.

Main question now seems to be is there a class that can optimize wand usage, hopefully using a wand in each hand per turn max.

There's a feat in Complete Arcane that allows that, or you could take the Cannith Wand Adept (Magic of Eberron) prestige class. The obvious best wand-users are, of course, Artificers, again from Eberron.

Wands don't let you replicate the more powerful "healing" effects like Heal or Raise Dead. Clerics are darn useful in 3.0/3.5 - your friends are missing out, but if you're getting tired of picking up the slack, then for HP recovery, Wands of CLW are obviously the way to go.
