This archer build is intentionally stupid, as it uses a Wild Elf, and a pretty major crux of character progression are the tribal protector levels; although the PrC explicitly forbids elves, there's almost no roleplay reason why your Wild Elf can't take levels in this class.

Also, the character also has an experience penalty for uneven levels. That's part of the stupidness.

Lastly, this is a FR-exclusive build, as the Corellon Latheron in the PHB does not have a longbow as a favored weapon nor has the elf domain.
