allright what about a mystic thuerge or true necromancer build with persisted spells and cleric spells to boost his fighting and acrane to burn for arcane strike no channel spell, no asf reduction, just a ton of spells to use, simply play him as a mystic thuerge till higher levels i know it is not near the best but it was an interesting idea. any suggestions or feedback

Can you use simplier, easier to read language?... I wanted to help, but since I can't understand what you want I can't do this.

MyTh sucks for lower levels. Until Persistant Divine Power, your BAB is terrible. You'll be dispel-prone. And you'll have poor HP.

Assuming human: Extend, Persist, Divine Metamagic Persist, Quicken, Arcane Strike, Power Attack, that's all the way through your 12th level feat.

I think a more standard Triple Threat would fit the purpose better.

Something along the lines of Fighter/Divine Crusader/Nar Demonbinder/Mystic Theurge.

I think you can pull a 16 BAB with 9th level Divine/7th level Arcane spells like that.

Check out the Triple Threat Compendium (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=258871).

If you take the Mother cyst and Divine metamagic (Persist) feats, it just might work at high levels. 100 (or is it 200?) temp HP as well as massive ability boosts are pretty nice for any character.

It could work, but only at the very high levels. And even then, I think you'd be better off just using your huge amount of spells (and undead minions if TN) to destroy people, instead of trying to melee. A more "standard" triple threat would probably be better... if such a thing even makes sense. :P
