The trick:
The Flashbang Ninja hides first and scouts ahead. When he finds an enemy, he sneaks up adjacent, making an opposed hide check against his enemy's spot check. If he (hopefully) succeeds, he has met the prerequisites to trigger Light Within Darkness. He then begins a full attack on an enemy the next round. The first attack deals sneak attack damage and then BOOM Light Within Darkness activates, blinding his enemy and all who didn't spot the ninja within 60 ft for one round.

Now that the enemy is blind and thus the Flashbang Ninja has full concealment against him, he can continue to make his full attack, with each attack dealing sneak attack damage. And since everything in a 60 ft. radius around him is blinded, he therefore has full concealment and this gives him an automatic success on his hide check, thus meeting the prerequisites for a second Light Within Darkness in the next round. Since he already has full concealment he does not need to move to make the hide, which means he can hide as part of a five foot step or attack.

He's now hidden again, and therefore free to repeat the trick entirely. In effect he can basically make a full attack sneak attack every single round. If he needs to move to strike another enemy, he could either use the sudden leap maneuver to get another full attack in, or move and attack and hide once again when Light Within Darkness activates, and therefore prepped for a full sneak attack the next round, right next to his enemy.

Darkstalker defeats those with blindsight or tremorsense.

Since he has three levels of rogue, he can take the Expedition to Castle Ravenloft "Penetrating Strike" and if he has a flanking ally, he can then deal sneak attack damage against constructs.

Furthermore, he gets 2x his int to AC, which means it synthesizes well as a high INT character, making him a viable skillmonkey.

His weakness is against enemies with Uncanny Dodge. Furthermore, if he fails his hide check even once, the chain is broken and he must run for cover and rehide again, because that enemy will not be affected by Light Within Darkness, and with just one observer whom the Flashbang Ninja has no full concealment against, he cannot hide (as he has no hide in plain sight ability).

This is still a very rough write up. I'd appreciate any suggestions that might help improve the build.
