| Wattas11-08-05, 01:23 AM | Hey. Does anyone know exactly how this works (from Serpent Kigdoms) with a scourge? If you full attack, do you make 3 attack rolls or one? If it is 3 attack rolls, does that count as 3 attacks for purposes of sneak attack, etc.? Also, if it is 3 attack rolls, what about weapon enhancements like flaming, wounding, paralyzing? Are they applied on EACH hit? If so, it looks like things could get really sick with TWF and Oversized TWF (CV) and haste, etc. Thanks! |
| lostone11-09-05, 10:42 AM | These are all questions you will have to ask your DM. I don't think there is any real rules covering this in the books. As for my suggestion, to keep it balanced I would only allow one sneak attack per swing of the scourge, the first snake to hit gets the sneak attack. Each swing of the scourge would give the fire damage and everything else. Just because it has multiple heads does not mean you automatically multiply your number of attacks. The scourge is just a wicked design of a whip. |
