"Wizard of the Oder Of High Sorcery"-Dragonlance [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-11-06, 09:57 AM In the 3.5 Dragonlance Handbook that updated DL, one of the prestige classes that was introduced was the Wizard of High Sorcery.

Requirements were very minimal for a prestige class, and it could be taken as early as lvl 4. It required you to be a specialist wizard. No lvls in spellcasting were lost and you gained MetaMagic style abilities to modify your spells ((Specificly the spells in your order.))

G White mages- Abjuration, Divination
N Red mages- Evocation, Illusion
E Black mages- Necromancy

There were other schools in each group I just can not remember off the top of my head, does any one have the book, or has built a class based off this prestige class?

10-11-06, 10:58 AM Wizard 5 / Mage of High Sorcorery 10 / Abjurant Champion 5 would make a very strong white robe Silvanesti wizard (silvanesti is the +2 int right?)

Seems like a good, strong white robe. There's a Master of the Tower template at +2 I think in Dragonlance. If you're aiming for that Wizard 5 / MoHS 10 / Archmage 3 / template 2 is nice.

((For some unknown reason, the writer of this post has some rather unsat typing skills, and as such has yet to discover the wonder's of proof reading his material, mostly because...... well...he doesn't care about typo's and enjoy's the fact that people think he's about twelve years old.
