With an LA-less race without any magical items I've managed to get a guy who can get a speed of up to 1200 feet while running by 26th level. 5 feet - Dash (feat, Complete Warrior) 5 feet - Extend Legs (Silthilar Graft, Lords of Madness) 10 feet - Quick Trait (Unearthed Arcana) 10 feet - Speed of Thought (Psionic feat, Expanded Psionics Handbook) (Insight Bonus) 10 feet - 1 level of Barbarian (Class, Player Handbook) 20 feet - 8 levels of Cloud Anchorite (PrC, Frostburn) 30 feet - Xeph standard (Race, Expanded Psionics Handbook) (Competence Bonus) 30 feet - Burst of Speed (Xeph racial ability, Expanded Psionics Handbook) 30 feet - Epic Speed (Feat, Epic Level Handbook) 30 feet - Blinding Speed (Feat, Epic Level Handbook) 60 feet - 18 levels in Monk (Class, Player Handbook) Total: 240 feet x5 - Run (Feat, Player Handbook) Final Total: 1200 feet
jstorrie 12-09-05, 06:19 PM	AFAIK, the record is somewhere in the 2-3k range, thanks to some absurd multipliers from prestige classes. Try your hand at the search function.
