| Dudeamis03-02-05, 03:05 PM | Hey my Necromancer uncovered a tribe of Feral Half-Dragon Orcs and then slaughtered them, when I Awaken thier zombies will the zombies get the old breath attack and fast healing? |
| Quoriil03-02-05, 04:10 PM | Nope, zombies lose all of the special attacks/qualities they possessed in life. If you were to instead 'create undead' I believe the templates for other types of undead might allow it. It sounds to me like you need to beg, borrow or steal your way into possession of a Libris Mortis :D . Of course, if you steal, do send your payment to wizards so they won't send a pack of rabid, hungry magic players to your house to "collect". |
| Dudeamis03-02-05, 04:19 PM | Ok then is there a way to permantently control created undead besides rebuking them, like switching them over to your animate pool after rebuking? or am I stuck commanding/controlling? |
| Jeremymc03-02-05, 07:13 PM | Actually undead DO get fast healing. I don't think they get regeneration though... I can't remember that. But I know they get fast healing. I checked into that once for an undead shape for my Blighter... |
