Maybe this is old news, but it seems quite powerful:

Human Binder 1 / Wizard 9 / Anima Mage 10

Feats: Improved Binding, 3x Divine Metamagic, 3x Metamagic Feat of your choice, 2x Extra Turning

Binding Tenebrous should qualify you for Divine Metamagic.

Between the turn attempts you get after Extra Turning and optimizing your Charisma, and Vestige Metamagic, that's a whollle lot of free metamagic. Of course it also has 9th level spells and can bind two 6th level Vestiges, and other Anima Mage abilities.

Does this work?

Simple flaw in the idea - Divine Metamagic only applies to divine spells. See the eratta.

Tenebrous only allows you to use one turn attempt every 1/5 turns. With Divine metamagic, this only allows you apply a metamagic feat that doesn't increase the level of the spell, as you have to use [increase in level the metamagic gives + 1] turn attempts with Divine metamagic. Two Extra turnings would only allow you to apply a metamagic feat that increases the level of the spell by +5 two times a day, or one that increases it less a few more times (like one that increases it by +3 four times per day).

Illumian, they can get a racial ability that allows them to use turn attempts to apply metamagic to any spell, just like Divine metamagic. It can only be used two times a day, but uses fewer turn attempts.
