In the long run, scythe is a pretty good bet. Although if you're going to try and optimize your damage at low levels you might want to swap charisma and strength, or better yet intelligence and strength. What (assuming your group uses it) regional gear do you have access to?

Int, Con, and Wis are the prime abilities for this build. So I need those three to stay where they are. And since I get wildshape at lvl 5, my Str and Dex will be switched to whatever form Im in.

Regional Gear? Im not sure what youre referring to.

Also, have I stretched myself too thin on skills?

Finally, can someone recommend which eq I should buy? I have a 180gp budget.

In the long run, scythe is a pretty good bet.

True for the most part, but since he's a Psion, the falchion may be better. If you intend to be using quickened/schism'd powers every round, the falchion will provide you with a more consistent supply of PSP's. Of course, if you just want to pull out the weapon when you're running low, the scythe will allow you to stay full for longer, which means you have to switch back and forth several times.

As a side note, what sort of psion are you? If you're undecided, I suggest Telepath, as the Egoist's "signature" power (Metamorphosis) is already covered by your druid side.

Also, are you playing 3.0 or 3.5? 3.5 spellcasting prodigy is not very good (it only grants bonus spells...it would be useful if it at least increased the maximum level of spell you can cast as well, because then you could put a lower ability there). If you only have to play this character at first level, then we're looking at a 50% increase in spells per day, which does make it good. Ultimately, it depends on where you want to go with this character.

Well, first I dont believe my character has a proficiency with martial weapons, so wouldnt using the falchion get -4 to hit?

Second, what is PSP and how does the falchion affect it?

Third, I was going through dragon 319 and I discovered the erudite class. Is that worth taking over levels of psion?

Fourth, what would you recommend instead of Spellcasting prodigy? Im playing 3.5

Finally, should I even take the 4 levels of warshaper or is it hurting me in the long run by limiting my powers known and 9th lvl powers?

Scythe is as well.

PSP is an old term for psionic power points. Look at the bodyfeeder weapon enhancement; it's very nice.

Don't know

This mostly depends on what you want to do with your character. There are lots of good feats around.

Finally, should I even take the 4 levels of warshaper or is it hurting me in the long run by limiting my powers known and 9th lvl powers?
Unlike the spellcasters, the psion is less focused on getting access to the highest level powers possible; manifester level and power points are the main things that determine the strength of the character. In other words, which is better depends yet again on what you want the character to be.

I think Ill go Druid 20/Erudite 20 as my DM has ruled magic-psionics transparency. So I should be able to afford many powers. Any objections?

Ive also decided to replace spellcasting prodigy with psionic affinity which gives me a +2 to psicraft and use psionic device. Important skills for an Erudite.
