I have a friend that is rolling a cleric class, and she wants to use two domains that don't have healing but at the same time the party needs her to heal, is there a feat that allows you to pick a third domain

well ,first of all it sounds as if you both have a limited grasp of the rules.
Clerics can spontaneously cast ANY spell as a cure spell.

However, if you are bent on bonus domains the contemplative prestige (CD) and the Divine oracle prestige grannts you the Oracle domain.

Also if yor character has so many ranks in Knowledge arcana they can take the arcane disciple feat.

It might be easier if you could tell us what domains in particular she wants. I know of a few PrCs that grant specific domains, but not that many that grant a bonus domain of your choice (comtemplative is the only one I recall at the moment). On that note, what sources do you have at your disposal?

To answer your actual question, there are no feats that grant domains.

Not a feat but a cleric has access to all the healing spells anyway, taking the healing domain just affords some extra benefits.

If you still want the healing domain, a 1 level dip in Contemplative would grab you a free domain.

The ELH would like to disagree with you

Bonus Domain (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#bonusDomain)

Admittedly, its probably not going to help the OP any >_>

Cloistered Cleric (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#clericVarian tCloisteredCleric) (Unearthed Arcana) = bonus Knowledge domain

Swift Wing (Dragon Magic) = bonus Dragon domain

Contemplative (Complete Divine) = bonus domain of your choice

Sovereign Speaker (some Eberron book) = 8 bonus domains over course of PrC

Seeker of theMisty Isle (Complete Divine) = bonus Travel domain

And thats just including the classes PrCs that get a bonus domain at 1st level - there are more. But the only way I know of that you're going to get 3 domains at 1st level is with Cloistered Cleric.

There is also the Warpriest PrC which gives Glory domain or domination domain (rebuke undead).

If I recall right, Radiant Servant of Pelor can be adapted to any sun god and gives a free domain.

Planer Champion from Manual of the Planes grants you an extra domain of your choice from your Deity.

Though as mention above. A cleric can choose to spend one of her spells and turn it into a Heal spell of the same level.

take scribe scroll as a feat at 1st level and write as many CLW and Lesser Vigor scrolls as you can afford (and make the rest of the party pay their fair share). That way, you will ahve plenty of "out of combat" healing, won't take up very many spell slots so the character can still do interesting stuff, and will be relatively cheap.

Taking a whole domain for 1-2 extra spells a day is not great. Taking a feat to get a whole buncha scrolls is awesome (if money is the problem)
