What books can you use?

There's a feat called Serenity (I think its in Dragon) that makes all your Paladin abilities run off of Wisdom - if you take that you can lower your Charisma and focus on Wisdom. I'd suggest you take it instead of Lightning Reflexes, which is frankly a waste of a feat for you as both Rogue and Monk and Monk have good Reflex saves and you have Divine Grace. TWF will also give you more attacks so you can get even more Sneak Attack damage. Freezing the Lifeblood would also be worth considering.

For advancement, I'd say stick with those three base classes since the Ascetic and Devoted feats you have make them quite worthwhile. That gets you good unarmed damage, sneak attack, skill points, speed, the extra flurry & bonus feat from the Monk levels and a Rogue special ability (Crippling Strike would be my choice since you will probably end up making lots of attacks).

Ascetic Rogue lets you do two things: switch back into Monk after taking levels of Rogue, and stack Rogue and Monk levels to determine the Monk's Unarmed Strike damage.

That said, if you took the feat so that you can take more levels in Monk, then go with more Monk. You've taken the best (in my opinion) of Paladin, so go with Monk until 11th level.

If you took the feat for the unarmed damage, then if you took just one more level of either Monk or Rogue your unarmed damage would go from 1d8 to 1d10. While I love Rogues, if you're using Flurry of Blows a lot then one more level of Monk would decrease the Flurry penalty from -2 to -1. If you don't use Flurry of Blows, your Wisdom isn't so great, so you could spare losing some of your Monk Special Abilities to gain a higher AC with armor. What type of armor are you wearing, or are you relying on the Monk's Unarmored AC?

For your next feats I highly recommend Improved Natural Attack and Craven.
