Anyone know a good way to maximize cha? [Archive] - Wizards Community

A quick search in CO forum about diplomacy should reveal at least three builds in the last week.
All of them maximize Cha in every way possible. They also maximize the effect of cha on skills (why exactly do you need more Cha?).

Apparently:

- Nixie(sprite) gives +8 racial.
- Cloak of Cha...
- Eagle's splendor...

There's not much about raising pure Cha.

09-24-04, 10:46 PM A nixie that reads a tome +5, then takes ten levels of forsaker and vow of poverty would have the following charisma.
charisma 18(base)+8(racial)+5(levels)+10(forsaker )+8(vows)+5(tome)=54 charisma. I doubt you'll get better and its a serious drain on abilities. But you do get a rediculous ac and with a level of marshall can make DC 100 diplomacy checks easily. Also your saves are amazing and you have a humongous SR(SR 55 at level 20)

Heartwarder isnt really necessary, the bonus it grants can easily be replaced with a wish or tome.

09-24-04, 11:20 PM If you need it for checks there are various items and feats that give you bonuses to charisma related checks..

I tend to like the Succubus (but it's quite a high cost) although you do get some great abilities and +14 to charisma..

09-24-04, 11:45 PM The succubus is also a nice idea if you ever intend to go into Fiend of possession (though Kaorti is usually better).

But anyway, the Charm domain increases Charisma by 4 temporarily (once/day).
