They gain bonuses with 'age' but take no penalties...that should probably be a +1 LA but, oh well...wrong boards. Second of all, they're like little kids... I see a Telepath build brewing here. Some sort of psionicist character seems to be begging for this class...nothing like being dominated by a kid. -=TD=- ((On a side note with this, are there any "official" rules for playing children?))

So there is no point in being venerable. nothing like being dominated by a kid. i think that belongs in the BoVD... ;) Fochulan lyricist is a nice idea...maybe: bard1/ranger1/bard2-7/Ur-priest2/SC2/Lyricist8 Use a ring of evasion to get evasion & your there. BaB=16 Casts:9th level arcane & divine spells. HD averages about D6. bard8/paladin2/SC2/PK8 is a nice little gish build for you. 10 levels of D6 HD, 2 of D10 & 8 of D10 makes a nice few hit points for you. It also has 9th level spells & some cha dependant abilities aswell as cha>saves. Int isnt used that much but you do have ok skill points for 10 levels.
Sci 11-04-05, 02:31 PM	One word: Warmage. Straight-out, pure-class, butt-kickin', point-and-it-blows-up Warmage. Well...I guess you could throw in a bunch of prestige classes and whatnot, since you want to optimize it to the max and all, but for base caster, definately warmage. The bonus Int and Cha would really help with that, and the edge is a nice little touch. Better HP, BAB, and everything than any other pure casters.

Titan W 11-04-05, 04:03 PM	Dread necromancer 20... make it 19 If you can go evil, throw a level of cancer mage in there and have your backstory say you've had some disease for you entire life of about 800 years... (Festering anger comes to mind). well... that's almost too twinky, no DM would allow that... no sane one anyway...
